Appearing were: Audie Blaylock and Redline, Darren Beachley & the Legends of the Potomac, Bill Yates & the Country Gentlemen Tribute Band, Blue Moon Rising, The Bluegrass Brothers, The Cats and the Fiddler, David Parmley & Continental Divide, Goldwing Express, Harbourtown, IIIrd Tyme Out, Kenny & Amanda Smith, Larry Stephenson, Lost and Found, New Found Road, The Next Best Thing, Rhonda Vincent & the Rage, Don Rigsby & Midnight Call and the Wildwood Valley Boys.
